We've recently built a new headquarters and shop for Dara Holsters. Our shop is nearly finished, after a few long months of waiting, and we're finally ready to move all of our equipment into our new workspace. This new building is beneficial for so many reasons, there's more space to make holsters and the turn around time will be cut almost in half. Because of the move in, we haven't been able to get as many holsters out as usual, but here is half of Wednesday's shipment... Respectively, here is an OWB holster for an FNS9, featuring carbon fiber black kydex and an adjustable cant belt system with a double belt loop and matching double mag pouch. Here is a custom holster for a KelTec PF9 with a Viridian Laser attachment. It is a black carbon fiber inside the waistband with shirt tuck capability and Viridian enhanced combat readiness (ECR). Here is a custom Level II Duty holster for a Glock 17. It is coyote brown kydex with a light and laser attachment. This holster features the older version of our OWB paddles. You can see the newer, more compact model below. Here we have a custom black carbon fiber custom kydex holster for a Springfield 1911. This OWB features the Viridian ECR capability and adjustable cant belt system. 

Here two of the four holsters given to RangeHot.com for review. The holster on the left is a Level II Duty OWB for a Colt 1911 5" in our basic black kydex. The second is an OWB for a Glock 21.Recently we tested the endurance of our holsters by running one over with an F150. The holster held up perfectly, not to our surprise. We often get asked ' Why not a leather or nylon holster?' Unlike leather, Boltaron and Kydex will not decay, rot, dry out or absorb moisture. The acids in natural and treated leather if left in contact with your equipment will cause corrosion. Nylon is weak in its ability to retain your weapon without the use of cumbersome retaining straps. This material is many times more durable, withstanding punishment that over time would destroy even the best nylon or leather gear.
