      During our ventures throughout the forums we have come across a few potential customers asking if we have any alternative to our belt attachments. They were wary of Kydex loops and clips, because some they had previously owned had broken.       I have to say, I have never encountered this problem in a single holster we have produced. Our clips are made from scratch using .093" Boltaron/Holstex as opposed to the weak .080 alternative. We have a precise regime that we follow to ensure the highest quality belt attachments on the market. The Truth about Kydex Holsters

I stumbled upon this article recently about Kydex plastic, and the truth about kydex holster companies. It explains what kydex is, and answers the questions you never thought to ask. In shorts, some companies that label themselves "KYDEX Holster Makers" do not actually use legit Kydex. They use a proprietary blend and call it the good stuff. So make sure, before you spend the money to purchase a Kydex holster, that you are actually getting real Kydex.
